You can recover access using the email address or phone number you linked when you registered – whichever one is bound to your account in the app. Follow the verification steps and you will be back in.
Log in and complete two-step verification, then tap your profile picture to open profile settings, where you can update your basic information. Note: custom avatar uploads are not available – this protects players from inappropriate content.
If you would like to step away, you can activate a temporary self-ban and set the date it ends. The restriction lifts automatically when that date arrives.
Gold is the chips you play with at the tables. Diamonds are the premium currency. Both are virtual in-game currencies with no real-money value.
Several ways: spin the free wheel every 24 hours, collect daily login rewards from the calendar (the higher your VIP level, the bigger the rewards), or exchange Diamonds for Gold.
You can purchase Diamonds, or earn them as rewards from the spin wheel and leaderboards.
Diamonds are PKGG’s premium currency. Use them to buy Gold (chips), boost your VIP status, and unlock emotes to react and express yourself at the table.
At any Gold League table, click an empty seat and choose “Invite Friend” to bring them to your table.
A club is your own poker community inside PKGG – a place to gather your friends and fellow players and enjoy tables together. Any registered player can create one: tap the “Create Club” icon under your profile picture, choose a name and a logo, and accept the Terms of Service. To grow your club, invite friends with a share link, or give them your club name so they can find it with the search feature.
Yes – you can play up to four tables at the same time, whether they are in one club or spread across several.
