    Depending on how you use our Services, we may process the following categories of data:

    1. data provided directly by you, such as your e-mail address, username, content of messages sent to technical support, or data submitted through a contact form;
    2. technical data, such as your IP address, device identifier, advertising identifier, device type, operating system, application version, device language, country, or approximate location;

    5. data from external accounts, if you decide to connect the game or service with an external account, such as Facebook, Google, Apple, Steam, Twitch, Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, or another platform;
    6. data related to customer support, complaints, inquiries, bug reports, and communication with you.

    We do not always process all of the above data. The scope of data depends on the features you use, your settings, your consents, and the platform on which you use our Services.

    3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing

    We process personal data only where there is an appropriate legal basis for doing so.

    Data may be processed for the following purposes:

    3.6. Marketing and Advertising

    We may process data for marketing activities, displaying advertisements, measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and — where permitted — personalizing content and advertisements.

    Personalized advertisements, advertising profiling, the use of advertising identifiers, or similar tracking technologies are used only where the required legal basis has been met, in particular after obtaining the user’s consent, where such consent is required.

    Legal basis: user consent or the controller’s legitimate business interest, depending on the type of activity and applicable law.

    Using our games does not necessarily require registration. However, you may voluntarily connect the game or application with an external account, such as Facebook or another social platform, if such a feature is available.
